Business people from the Grace community generously volunteer their time to conduct these interviews, providing students with valuable feedback and insights that they can carry forward into their future careers.
Participating students are required to prepare a resume and dress appropriately, just as they would for a real job interview. This process teaches them important professional skills and instils a sense of confidence and self-assurance that will serve them well in any endeavour they pursue.
