Discovering Grace
The staff at Grace International School form a distinctive, multicultural community united by Christian faith. We have the ability, each day, to share the love of Christ with the families and students we serve. The families we serve come from various nationalities, ethnicities, and faith backgrounds.
Grace requires its board members, leadership, senior management staff, and teachers to accept and uphold their Statement of Faith and Lifestyle statement. Grace expects a high standard of behaviour based on a love of God and love for others. All of our academic staff must have a degree in education or be qualified teachers.
Basic qualifications
Grace International School employs teachers and experienced administrators with a Christian commitment. For those applying for teaching positions, teaching qualifications (Post Graduate Certificate of Education or equivalent) are essential.

- Current, appropriate teaching degree or qualifications
- Grace follows the English National Curriculum. Relevant experience is helpful but not required.
- Overseas experience is beneficial

We offer a base salary to all of our expatriate staff. This salary is enough to live comfortably when combined with the other benefits we offer. Additional salary allotments are given for leadership positions and at each contract renewal. Grace covers all visa and work permits costs in addition to Bangladeshi income taxes.
We pay for your initial flight to Dhaka and one round trip ticket annually to your home country. After your service at Grace has concluded, we will help cover the costs of starting the next chapter in your journey.

We provide housing for all of our expatriate staff. Our staff live in an apartment building located in a safe, comfortable neighbourhood. Local shops, grocery stores, and a public park are all within walking distance. The unique sights, sounds, and smells of Bangladeshi culture can be found all around the neighbourhood.
Each apartment has a domestic helper 2-3 days a week. These dedicated people can clean, do laundry, cook, shop for groceries, etc. In addition, we provide free transportation seven days a week around Dhaka.

Each expatriate staff member is provided emergency health and medical insurance that can be used in nearly any country around the world. We also provide a cash allotment to reimburse local medical and dental expenses. Family healthcare packages are available for extended coverage.

Expatriate staff receive tuition benefits for all of their children as long as they are employed. Basic Bengali language classes are provided to all new staff. Additional classes can be purchased if desired. Mobile phone numbers, plans, and SIM cards are provided to expatriate staff. A basic allotment is given to cover school-related costs.

Manager of Communications
Manager of Communications
Grace International School seeks a task-oriented team player to handle and oversee our internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing marketing strategies for better workforce and public communications.
- Crafting marketing materials.
- Managing social media operations.
- Coordinating with other departments to create new materials and opportunities.
The manager will lead and encourage the team, all while implementing the company’s branding, policies and regulations.
A successful candidate will be a native English speaker with exceptional writing skills.
