Grace International School employs teachers and experienced administrators with a Christian commitment. For those applying for teaching positions, teaching qualifications (Post Graduate Certificate of Education or equivalent) are essential.

We offer a base salary to all of our expatriate staff. This salary is enough to live comfortably when combined with the other parts of the package. Additional salary allotments are given for leadership positions and at each contract renewal. Grace covers all visa and work permit costs in addition to Bangladeshi income taxes.
We pay for your initial flight to Dhaka and one round-trip ticket to your home country annually. After your service at Grace has concluded, we will help cover the costs of starting the next chapter in your journey.

We provide housing for all of our expatriate staff. Our staff live in an apartment building located in a safe, comfortable neighbourhood. Local shops, grocery stores, and a public park are all within walking distance. The unique sights, sounds, and smells of Bangladeshi culture can be found all around the neighbourhood.
Each apartment has a domestic helper 2-3 days a week. These dedicated people can clean, do laundry, cook, shop for groceries, etc. In addition, we provide free transportation seven days a week around Dhaka.

Expatriate staff receive tuition benefits for all of their children as long as they are employed. Basic Bengali language classes are provided to all new staff. The Principal of Grace Early Years (GEY) and Grace Primary School (GPS) will provide effective leadership and management of both campuses in collaboration with the principal of Grace Secondary School (GSS) and the CEO of DexServe and follow the policies approved by the Grace Board. - Identify staffing needs and communicate them to the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and HR
- Assist in hiring processes, including interviewing and reference checks, with final approval from the CEO
- Supervise the appraisal process for educational staff in partnership with Campus Managers and Coordinators
- Foster unity and a shared sense of purpose among the teaching faculty of GEY and GPS
- Keep the CEO informed of any personnel issues and participate in related management tasks
- Ensure personnel management aligns with the approved Grace policies
- School Management:
- Collaborate with the CFO, GSS Principal, and Campus Managers to prepare the school’s annual budget
- Approve payments related to school operations
- External and Public Relations:
- Promote effective communication with the wider Grace community through newsletters and collaboration with the Communications Team
- Strengthen home-school partnerships through Parent-Teacher Meetings and student performance reports
- Encourage community involvement in school activities and events
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings across all Grace campuses to build positive relationships within the school community.
- Work with Campus Managers and faculty to implement consistent and supportive student discipline practices.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Officer to maintain a clear and open enrollment policy.
- Coordinate and lead additional events, including parent forums and community presentations.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Uphold professional boundaries and maintain integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and trust in all interactions.
- Contribute to the evolving vision of the school through collaboration and shared ownership.
