Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees cover our operating costs and enable us to hire internationally certified and experienced expatriate teachers. Grace strives to provide a high-quality education for the lowest tuition price possible.

No Hidden Fees
At Grace International School, we value clarity and trust in our partnership with families. Annual tuition is published in advance and covers essential educational costs, including textbooks and school-provided bus transportation where applicable. Any optional or exceptional costs are clearly communicated, allowing families to plan with confidence. External examination fees for IGCSE and A Level students are charged separately.

- To secure your child’s enrollment, you must pay the security deposit before your child’s first day at Grace.
- The departure date is the last day of school in a semester. If a child leaves partway through a semester, you are responsible for the whole semester’s fees.
- The security deposit is non-refundable for students who fail to provide a 60-day notice before their last day of school.

A bank charge of 1.2% will be added to all the above card payments.
Online transfers: Payments can be transferred to the account below. Please send the deposit receipt to accounts@grace.edu.bd as soon as the payment is made. In the reference section of the deposit slip and the subject line of the notification email, write the student’s name as it appears on their passport.

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit card payments can be arranged at the Accounts office. A 1% bank charge will be added to all card payments.

Payment schedule
Enrolment before the school year
Twenty per cent (20%) of the tuition is due on 7 July 2025. This payment is required to secure your child’s place. The remaining 80% is due on 31 August 2025. Alternative payment plans for the remaining 80% are available on request and are subject to approval.
Enrolment during the school year
A minimum tuition fee of one semester is payable per child, regardless of the admission date or length of stay at Grace.
Parents must pay for the entire semester if a child is enrolled in the school during the second (or fourth) quarter. The whole security deposit must be paid per child, regardless of admission date.
Overdue Fees
If fees are not paid by the specified due date in the invoice, a one-time 2% fine will be levied on the remaining balance.
Retainer Fee
A retainer fee of twenty per cent (20%) of the tuition fee is required to confirm your child’s enrolment.
Families are encouraged to submit the retainer fee at least 60 days prior to the start of the semester. If you would like to discuss your circumstances, our Admissions or Accounts teams would be glad to help.
Tuition Assistance
Grace International School offers tuition assistance to families who meet our eligibility criteria.
Families whose employers contribute 50% or more of their child’s tuition are generally not eligible for tuition assistance. Families connected with Partner Organisations may apply.
Parents who work for embassies, consulting agencies, or large companies may also inquire about tuition assistance if they have demonstrated financial need.
To begin the process, parents are invited to contact the Accounts Department to request the online application form. Once completed, the form should be submitted to Accounts for review.

Refunds
Refunds will be granted after the school receives a written notice 60 days before the child’s withdrawal. If the time of departure is the end of a term, it should be 60 days before the end of the term. If notice of withdrawal is given and the child finishes in the middle of a semester, the fees for the whole semester are still due.
