Tuition Fees:

Tuition fees cover our operating costs and enable us to hire internationally certified and experienced expatriate teachers. Grace strives to provide a high-quality education for the lowest tuition price possible.

**This amount reflects a full key stage 5 academic load. Grace offers a customised plan for key stage 5 students. Each key stage 5 student’s tuition will be based on the individual student’s academic load. For customised plan clarification, please consult with the principal.

      • Please note this is without VAT. Parents are not expected to pay any VAT.
      • The advertised school fees are the total fees for the full academic year. Textbooks, curriculum fees, basic class supplies, bus transportation, and library fees are included in the total fee. 
      • The fees listed do not include PE kits, sports jerseys, and external exam fees (years 11 and 13).

      • An application fee of BDT 15,000 per child is required to process your child’s enrollment application.

      • To secure your child’s enrollment, you must pay the security deposit before your child’s first day at Grace. 
      • The departure date is the last day of school in a semester. If a child leaves partway through a semester, you are responsible for the whole semester’s fees.
      • The security deposit is non-refundable for students who fail to provide a 60-day notice before their last day of school.

Capital Reserve Fee:

      • This fee will be used to develop and improve our facilities.
      • New students are required to pay a $300 fee in addition to their security deposit. 
      • Non-refundable fee due in July. $300 for the first year and $150 for subsequent years.

Payment Options:

Online Card Payment: Grace families can now securely pay using credit/debit cards through our integrated payment gateway.

A bank charge of 1.2% will be added to all the above card payments.

Online transfers: Payments can be transferred to the account below. Please send the deposit receipt to accounts@grace.edu.bd as soon as the payment is made. In the reference section of the deposit slip and the subject line of the notification email, write the student’s name as it appears on their passport.

Check: Addressed to “Dhaka Expatriate Services Ltd” and delivered to the Accounts office or deposited to the bank directly using the above information. Please send the digital copy of the deposit receipt to accounts@grace.edu.bd immediately.

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit card payments can be arranged at the Accounts office. A 1% bank charge will be added to all card payments.

 

Cash:  Delivered to the Accounts office.

    • Office hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (except on any Government holidays).

Payment schedule

Enrolment before the school year

Twenty per cent (20%) of the tuition is due on 7 July 2025. This payment is required to secure your child’s place. The remaining 80% is due on 31 August 2025. Alternative payment plans for the remaining 80% are available on request and are subject to approval.

Enrolment during the school year

A minimum tuition fee of one semester is payable per child, regardless of the admission date or length of stay at Grace. 

Parents must pay for the entire semester if a child is enrolled in the school during the second (or fourth) quarter. The whole security deposit must be paid per child, regardless of admission date.

Overdue Fees

If fees are not paid by the specified due date in the invoice, a one-time 2% fine will be levied on the remaining balance.

Retainer Fee

Twenty per cent (20%) of the tuition fee is to be paid as a retainer fee if parents wish to save a seat for their child at Grace. A place can only be guaranteed if Grace receives the retainer fee at least 60 days before the new semester starts.

Tuition Assistance

Parents whose employers pay at least 50% of their children’s tuition fees are not eligible for tuition assistance. Parents from Partner Organisations are eligible to receive tuition assistance.

To obtain tuition assistance, the parents must communicate with the accounts department and collect the online application form. The parents must fill out the form carefully and submit it to the Accounts department for further processing. Parents employed by embassies, consulting agencies, and major companies are not eligible unless they provide sufficient proof of financial hardship. Questions? Email accounts@grace.edu.bd.

Refunds 

Refunds will be granted after the school receives a written notice 60 days before the child’s withdrawal. If the time of departure is the end of a term, it should be 60 days before the end of the term. If notice of withdrawal is given and the child finishes in the middle of a semester, the fees for the whole semester are still due.
